State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-07-27
Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and others) are entitled to disclosures beyond those in our Privacy Policy. This notice provides them.
Data Sharing
No sale for monetary consideration takes place. Where ads run, though, cookie and advertising identifiers may be shared with ad partners — conduct that CCPA/CPRA and equivalent laws may treat as a ‘sale’ or as ‘sharing’. Opt out at Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Minors under 16 are not knowingly included.
The Categories Concerned
Applicable categories are identifiers (IP address, cookie and device identifiers), internet or other electronic network activity (pages viewed, referring URLs, session timing on curvereach.com), and — where volunteered — an email address. Collected from your device, and from analytics or advertising vendors where those are in use.
Your Options
Rights include access to and confirmation of processing, correction, erasure, data portability, and the right to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising; and, in several states, appealing a refusal. There is no penalty for exercising them — service, pricing and access remain identical.
Exercising These Rights
Contact hello@curvereach.com with what you need. An opt-out can also be signalled technically, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser — we honour it automatically. We verify requests by replying to the sending address, meet the deadlines state law imposes, and allow an authorised agent to act on your behalf with written authorisation.
